Service Sales Lead Key Holder Management

Part-Time / Full-Time
$15-25 / Hour

Candidates must be customer service oriented, punctual, a self-starter, and capable of working as a service tech both independently and as a team.

You will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of cleanliness in all aspects of a home and business. From bedrooms, living rooms, and bathrooms, to meeting rooms and board rooms, we remove dirt and irritants from daily life. You will need to be a self-starter and able to work with teammates, clients, and challenges while still looking for opportunities to improve the lives of your clients. You are the face of the business and solely responsible for creating clean areas where life happens. Oh, and did we mention having fun? Get ready to Shimmer N Shine!


Bring your A-Game!

This is a short list of responsibilities and may not be all-inclusive. But if you can make these shine, then we know you're going to shimmer. Other tasks may be required and you may find new opportunities to create a great experience for clients. 


Each role is dynamic, however, the following is a list of your essential job responsibilities.


  • Deliver the Shimmer N Shine standard of cleanliness for the home, businesses, offices, hallways, and living spaces 
  • Remove dirty linen and garbage from appropriate areas
  • Be willing to learn new cleaning techniques and equipment
  • Manage clients' requests upon approval
  • Report to designated locations in assigned attire 
  • Perform designated duties within the time allotted 
  • Use only the designated cleaning chemicals and tools 
  • Report any client or safety issues to a supervisor 
  • Keep client information confidential and secure 
  • Restock supplies as needed 


If you are able to perform the following, then you have come to the right place… 


  • Ability to wash/rub/scrub different surfaces using the appropriate tools 
  • Willing to work as part of a team 
  • Educated on using the proper cleaning chemicals to clean
  • Conserve water and chemicals according to training
  • Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and wiping 
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds 
  • Able to push up to 100 pounds 
  • Able to follow COVID-19 Protocols 


In order to shine, you must be:


  • Current and legal with an unrestricted ability to work in the United States,
  • High school or equivalent education required,
  • Preferred: Additional foreign language,

Part-time employees work swing shifts in as-needed areas. Both part-time and full-time employees work standard business hours.
