Management Assistance includes but is not limited to:

• Performing a full inspection process with before/ after pics
• Addressing real-time concerns with management
• Handling, treating, and washing all linens outside of the regularly scheduled cleaning visit(s) and returning linens on the next turnover (bedding and towels)
• Enacting 'perfection' cleaning, including reports and updates to management on any guest damages
• The restocking of everything paper, coffee products, detergent products, kitchen scrub pads, garbage liners, soaps, shampoos, toiletries, etc.

*Airbnb services require a minimum commitment of $50/man-hour rate on services rendered. Contract service agreements are available on specific service packages and levels of services requested and agreed upon by GCSS management.
