Our membership packages are great for budgeting and allowing consumers to have a set price per month for cleaning. Packages are available in three, six, and 12-month options.

While general cleaning is great to maintain cleanliness, every home needs a little extra TLC from time to time. A deep clean is significantly more thorough and covers all the difficult and hard-to-reach areas that are not necessarily the focus during general cleaning.

Our Deep Cleaning service gets down to the nitty-gritty and purifies a home to leave it free of dirt, dust, debris, and harmful allergens. We recommended this service to maintain a higher level of air quality, especially if you have children in the home.

Deep Cleaning includes:

• detailed cleaning of interior windows, blinds, window treatments, ceiling fans, light fixtures, wood trim, doors, baseboards,  
• detailed dusting of furniture, 
• detailed vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, and cleaning of bathrooms, tubs, showers, toilets, vanity vents, glass, dusting ledges, kitchens,  
• disinfecting of sinks, counters, all exterior cabinets, the exterior of appliances, inside top to bottom of the microwave, top of the fridge, and  
• high/low dusting. 
• Interior fridge and oven cleaning are available upon request.

We handle everything — inspections, cleaning, restocking, maintenance — to create a stress-free experience for your guests and you. Before and after every booking for your Airbnb, rely on us to Shimmer N Shine.

Management Assistance includes but is not limited to:

• Performing a full inspection process with before/ after pics
• Addressing real-time concerns with management
• Handling, treating, and washing all linens outside of the regularly scheduled cleaning visit(s) and returning linens on the next turnover (bedding and towels)
• Enacting 'perfection' cleaning, including reports and updates to management on any guest damages
• The restocking of everything paper, coffee products, detergent products, kitchen scrub pads, garbage liners, soaps, shampoos, toiletries, etc.

*Airbnb services require a minimum commitment of $50/man-hour rate on services rendered. Contract service agreements are available on specific service packages and levels of services requested and agreed upon by GCSS management.

Our weekly reoccurring residential dog poop scooping removal and cleanup service allow you to quit, shall we say... wasting... your time and keeps your yard from becoming a minefield.

This service includes the removal and disposal (taken away) of dog poop throughout your residential backyard along with the spraying of a disinfectant.
